Comfortable accommodation is available at reasonable rates. Check the information given below to make your choice. One day’s tariff must accompany the reservation request to confirm the booking. The tariff paid to the Organizing Committee shall be advanced to the chosen hotel. The final settlement of the bills is the responsibility of the delegates. All the rates are for a night’s stay and are exclusive of taxes. The rates do not include food, beverages, telephone calls etc. Rates are subject to change.

Tariff equivalent to a night’s stay must be sent with the request for accommodation. Make a DD favoring “The XIII National Conference of IAOMR”, payable at Davangere.

The tariff received by the Organizing Committee shall be advanced to the hotel chosen. Final settlement of all the bills is the sole responsibility of the delegates. Receipt sent by us for the advance amount must be produced at the time of check-in.

It is advisable to send accommodation request along with the registration form itself. Both the amounts may be sent by a single DD, if so desired.
